ooooooohhhhhhhhh i love the old video effect (??) you used!! and the soft cold tones of the coloring!! i have watched One episode so far so have no idea what the context of this is BUT i look forward to finding out!! the text is so fun too- did you use a mask to get the half black/half white effect?? this song gets sooo stuck in my head every time i think of it for even a second kjngkfnkf

YES i found the effect on youtube and cut it up a bit to match the frame count, then played with masking it a little to reduce the flashing :D the cold tones came out so good too - the base was kind of warm so i'm glad i was able to get it to how i like it. also the context of this is CRAZYYYY it shocked the shit out of me, this is kind of a spoiler for a plot point but it's ok hopefully lol!

and i did a sort of mask thing for the text! i used blending modes and masks but the base layers were just black/white filled split down the sort-of-middle where you see the split on the text, then inverted so the blending mode would work right. idk how i did it it was kinda hacky but it worked!

this song went triple platinum in my ears in 2023 and it is PERFECT for shiori you'll see why in about 10 episodes >:)

ok masking the effect is so smart!!????? they can be so harsh with the flashing lights but instead of thinking of that i just decided to never use them?? totally fine i do not mind spoilers at all ksndfksndfdj i can't wait to discover What is going on here!! <333
